Change of Beneficiary<\/summary>\n

The policy determines who has the right to the payout upon death.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The payout will be made to the \u201cnext of kin\u201d unless you have informed us otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The next of kin is primarily the spouse.
If there is no spouse, the payout will go to children, including adopted children.
If there are no children, the payout will be made according to inheritance law or a will.
Please note that a possible cohabitant is not included under the term \u201cnext of kin\u201d in this context.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If it is assessed that the health status needs to be disclosed in more detail, a medical certificate may be required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you sign up for group insurance, you have to answer a ‘health declaration’, depending on what type of insurance you choose. Click on Healt Declaration<\/em> on the tab below.
The health declaration is used to place all the insured as equally as possible within the insurance framework. Based on the information in the health declaration, we assess the risk and determine terms and premiums.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you wish to sign up for insurance or make changes to the insurance agreement during the policy period, we need information that may be relevant for assessing the insurance risk. Certain Critical Illnesses<\/summary>\n

When you apply for a payout for certain critical illnesses, you will be asked to answer specific questions.<\/strong>
You will also need to provide an FP602 certificate regarding the collection and further transmission of information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
